Ethical standards

The Commission's ethical standards are governed by a legislative framework common to most Australian Government agencies and include the:

  • Public Service Act 1999
  • Public Service Regulations 1999
  • Australian Public Service Commissioner's Directions 2013
  • Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
