The material provided below is a chronological history of the Australian Fair Pay Commission's (AFPC's) decisions for employees with disability in Australian Disability Enterprises.
The AFPC made a number of wage-setting decisions for employees in Australian Disability Enterprises. It created and adjusted a Special Business Services Pay Scale as well as adjusted the Pay Scale derived from the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union Supported Employment Services Award 2005 (LHMU Pay Scale).
