In the Expert Panel’s statement of 15 August 2014, the Panel outlined that it would pose questions on notice to parties ahead of the consultations on 19-20 May 2015:
“[3] ... we intend to pose questions on notice to parties prior to the consultations scheduled for 19-20 May 2015.”

Per the Expert Panel's timetable for the Annual Wage Review 2014-15, the closing date for expressions of interest in taking part in the final consultations is 1 May 2015. Expressions of interest may be emailed to awr@fwc.gov.au.
As part of Future Directions II, the Fair Work Commission is trialing a paperless process for the Annual Wage Review 2014-15. Guest wi-fi will be available for the Expert Panel’s consultations.
The Expert Panel has published questions, in advance of the final consultations (19-20 May 2015), to be addressed by parties.
Responses to the questions are due by Friday 15 May 2015 at 4:00pm. Responses will be published on the Fair Work Commission website.
